FIELD: transportation, packaging and storage.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to containers for receiving and dispensing fluid media for medical or cosmetic purposes. Container is made using blow molding process with subsequent filling and closing in blow mold, container has neck of bushing type, connected in form of axial extension to container body and forming support for molded insert, having length along axis of neck, formed in blow mold on peripheral zone of insert, on the insert there is at least one sealing element, which in combination with the contact surface formed on the support located in the neck, forms seal in sealing zone enclosing said axis. At that, the sealing element is formed by the ring formed on the insert ring edge, which faces the contact surface of the support located in the neck, and from the sealing element, melted by supplying heat to it, solid barrier, which is impermeable to fluid medium, is formed relative to other adjacent plastic material. Ring-shaped sealing element has a configuration of the rib protruding in the axial direction. Also disclosed is a method of making said container.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a reliable seal between the container neck and the insert.
