FIELD: package and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plastic container and a method of making said container. Disclosed is a plastic container made by a blow-fill-sealing method and the content of which is enclosed between its walls can be autoclaved. Container walls are furnished with, at least, one profiling device. Base contour of container has rectangular configuration, wherein two opposite lateral walls of container have protruding parts, pairwise forming dihedral angle. Container comprises lateral arms, which start at two end sides and adjacent side walls of container and which have additional profiling means in the form of inclined downward surfaces in form of triangle, adjacent to said protruding parts of wall, forming said dihedral angle. Container opposite walls form, as an additional profiling means, smooth recesses reaching a middle line extending along the longitudinal axis of the container and ending at a distance from the bottom by dividing into two end lines directed towards the nearest end side and forming angle of 60–130°. Container manufacturing method involves the container filling operation, the container compression operation inside the blow mould prior to its sealing, the container sealing operation inside the blow mould and the container autoclaving operation outside the blow mould.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of suitable for autoclaving plastic container, which is made using blow-fill-seal technology and which, at first, almost completely filled, during infusion is completely emptied even without pressure levelling.
