FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for manufacturing a filled and tightly closed container, preferably made using a blow moulding-filling-sealing device (BFS). Method includes the following operations: opened in initial condition section (52) of container, formed by blowing using blowing mandrel and/or vacuum and fixed in mould (46), by means of dosing units (10, 12) are successively filled through its inlet facing upwards opening (54) with different media (74, 76). Media preferably differ in viscosity. Filling media (74, 76) in section (52) of container are not mixed with each other. Head (60) of the container is then moulded to separate halves (56, 58) of die head (46). At the end of container formation section (52) is sealed. Device for method implementation includes dispensing units for medium dispensation fixed on movable parts. Container is made by method and device according to invention.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by using group of inventions is to provide layer-by-layer filling of container with products of different viscosity without mixing them.
