SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a nine-speed gearbox. Gearbox comprises inner and outer primary shafts (1) and (2), main and additional intermediate shafts (5) and (6), secondary shaft (7) and seven rows of gear wheels. Three gears (8–10) are fixed on shaft (2), gear wheel (20) – on shaft (1), gear wheels (17, 18) – on shaft (5), gear wheels (19, 21) – on shaft (6). In gearbox there are four couplings of double action for coupling of gear wheels (11, 12) with shaft (5), gear wheels (15, 16) with shaft (7), for connection with shaft (7) of gear wheel (22) and shaft (1) for coupling shaft (5) with shaft (6) and gear wheel (14) engaged with gear (13) engaged with gear wheel (10).

EFFECT: simplified design of nine-speed gearbox and improved convenience of its control.
