SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication engineering using a millimeter wave band. Wireless communication device comprises: a frame configuration circuit 103 which generates a transmission frame including DMG beacon signals, wherein sector identifier fields in SSW fields included in corresponding DMG beacon signals indicate one or more transmission sectors used for directed transmissions of respective DMG beacon signals, and a field other than a sector identifier field included in each DMG beacon indicates whether there is a quasiomnidirectional transmission; and a wireless transmission circuit 105, which, using the transmission sector specified by the sector identifier field, transmits on the first beacon DMG signal, which is included in the DMG beacon signals and in which the field other than the sector identifier field indicates non-quasiomnidirectional transmission, and performs quasiomnidirectional transmission on a second beacon DMG signal which is included in DMG beacon signals and in which another field indicates quasiomnidirectional transmission to BTI.

EFFECT: invention is intended for high-speed detection of stations.
