SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, in particular to manufacturing lift rotors for gyroplanes and helicopters. Lift rotor blade for the gyroplane and helicopter is twisted. From the blade root (point of connection of the blade with the rotor hub), within 0.8 of the length of the rotor radius, the blade is made with positive twist, and at the remaining part of the blade length, the twist is negative.

EFFECT: improved autorotation and increased flight speed.
