Air train powered from trolley includes housing with propulsors of vertical and horizontal movement, means of stabilizing position of air train, chassis and telescopic tie-rod with rotary mechanism and carriage. Body is equipped with wings turning in the vertical plane, turning stern stabilizers in the vertical plane, nasal stabilizers located in the front zone and keel with rudder located in the rear zone. Rotary wings and rotary stern stabilizers are equipped with rotary cruise engines installed in lower front zone of rotary wings and stern stabilizers with possibility of turning to the right and to the left.

EFFECT: higher maneuverability and safety of low-altitude flight, possibility of vertical take-off and landing.
