SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, in particular, to cardiovascular surgery. Transportation of atherectomy micromachine to place of clogging material location in vessel is performed. Positioning and fixation of atherectomy micromachine are performed with application of videosensor for monitoring of atherectomy micromachine movement and vessel state. Destruction of clogging material and removal of products of processing from vessel are carried out with fixation of micromachine in its distal and proximal regions with further fixation of processing head directly in zone of clogging material destruction. Destruction of clogging material is performed by different techniques depending on used type of atherectomy micromachine. Atherectomy micromachine contains means of travel, means of control with videosensor, means of micromachine fixation, means of clogging material processing and means of removal of products of processing. Machine is provided with distally and proximally located in it means of hermetisation. Means of fixation is made in form of umbrella fixers. Means of clogging material processing is made in form of folding processing head, whose case is installed with possibility of pendulum movement around longitudinal axis of micromachine and translational motion relative to said axis. Processing head is provided with different cutters, depending on machine type.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to carry out the most effective removal of clogging material from vessel due to application of multi-layer micromachine fixation, reducing risk of vessel walls trauma due to accurate movement of micromachine in vessels.
