SUBSTANCE: method can be used by private gardeners and truck-farmers, breeders, as well as small, medium and large agricultural enterprises. Seedlings are grown in empty or partially (or completely) soil-filled sachets arranged in cells of a rolled-up cassette, and in another version - in cells of the demountable cassette. Performing the second stage of the method, the seedlings together with sachets or cells of the dismountable cartridge are transplanted into pots. Used multi-faceted pots have the shape of six- or octagonal hollow prisms with legs 20, which are manually or automatically assembled from reamers. With such method and implementation of devices it becomes possible to divide in two stages of transplanting vegetables, poorly carrying transplantation, cost price of seedlings decreases by not less than 10 %, at least for two weeks reducing the transplant period of vegetables and berries growing.

EFFECT: reduced labour costs, easier maintenance of seedlings, prolonged period of fruiting, water, thermal and electrical energy saving, reduced consumption of soil for seedlings, rational use of available areas, seedlings are not damaged during transportation, mechanization of their transplantation becomes possible.
