FIELD: test technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing low-thrust liquid-propellant thrusters. Device consists of an elastic beam with two force-measuring sensors (weight-measuring and setting), on which the tested article and the measuring sensor, a suspension assembly and a silo-setting device of a bellows type are mounted in a single housing. Device enables calibration of the system using a high-precision setting sensor and a computer system in vacuum (operating) conditions with pipelines connected and filled with fuel components and obtaining results of measuring engine thrust in real time.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of determination of thrust of the tested article in stationary mode of operation, simplification of calibration technology of the device before and after launches, and, if necessary, during testing program.
