FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used for preventing and treatment of decubitus in patients long-term in slow-motion state. Decubitus preventing and treatment apparatus comprises an electronic unit with switches, connected by a wire to the vibration elements arranged in the pocket of jacket of the working element of the rectangular shape, at that, channel for wire arrangement is made along one of the lateral sides of jacket, vibration elements are made in the form of vibration motors QX-6A-3V, arranged in each of two pockets of jacket and installed in protective jacket, made in form of PVC tube, jacket of working element is made of waterproof material, is equipped on both sides with handles, at that on its working side, along handles, device for napkins fixation is arranged, and in each of pockets there are two containers of their PVC calendered film, filled with medical gel "Akugel" medium viscosity, installed one above the other and with vibration elements between them.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves wound cleansing and stimulates the process of granulation and subsequent epithelialization.
