SUBSTANCE: what is used is an external fixation system comprising preventing a contact of the involved investing tissue area and a support surface. A tissue area with the pathologically changed investing tissue area is fixed with the use of a complementary module of the external fixation apparatus to be coupled with the pre-set system with minimum tension of the soft tissues. The spatial position of the body is changed by random vertical lifts and multidirectional rotary motions. That is combined with conducting an antibacterial and vascular therapy with the preparations - antiagregants and direct anticoagulants taking into account a wound microflora. After the bedsore has been healed, the apparatus module fixing the matched body part is demounted. The therapy is continued according to the planned approach to relieve the existing orthopaedic pathology.
EFFECT: improved treatment of the bedsores formed with the long-term relieve of the orthopaedic pathology.
