SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in chemical industry, agriculture industry, production of building materials, and other industries. Bulk materials mixer comprises proportioners, base, on which mixing chamber is installed, consisting of housing and arranged in it two mixing nodes, upper and lower, each mixing assembly includes a mixing device and a drive mounted on a crossmember, the axis of the mixing device of the lower mixing unit is located at right angle to the axis of the mixing device of the upper mixing unit. Mixing device of upper mixing assembly is a set of parallel flat plates inclined to horizontal line at acute angle, wherein distances between plates increase from central plates to peripheral, and the mixing device of the lower mixing assembly is made in the form of a set of non-equilateral angles, the distance between which is the same, and angles of inclination of large faces to the horizontal increase from the centre to the periphery.

EFFECT: mixer with simple design provides high efficiency and quality of mixing of materials prone to segregation; mixer is easy to maintain and repair.
