FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering, particularly to a complex for recycling gasification wastes. System comprises accumulator 1, gasifier 2 equipped with lower turning system, unit for detoxification and processing of solid by-product of gasification, which includes receiver of solid by-product of gasification - biochar 3, gas cooler 4, flue ash receiver 27, flue ash buffer 28, by-product cooler 5, gas purifier 6, wherein gas cooler 4 is connected via flue ash receiver 27 to inlet of gas purifier 6. To the inlet of gas purifier 6 there is also connected the output of by-product cooler 5, in gas purifier 6 the heavy flue ash fraction is mixed from the flue ash receiver 27 and the by-product from by-product cooler 5. Further, water or reagent is injected into the mixture from sprinkling source 7, after which gas is passed through mixture in gas purifier 6, which is cleaned and supplied to gas buffer 29, and the mixture is enriched with products extracted from gas. Then the final biochar composition is received, which is supplied to biochar buffer 8, to the outlet of which the tight packing line 9 is connected. Besides, complex comprises transport system 10, as well as recycling system, which comprises frame 12, reduction gear 13 with driving gear 14, brackets 15, on each of which there is rotary slitter 16 equipped with disc 17, annular slitler 18 connected to drive gear 14 and driven gear 19 located on the same axis with the inner-soil milling working element 20. Disc 17 is made with channels 21, 22, through which biochar is supplied through outlet holes on side surface of disk to zone of subsurface milling. Channels 21, 22 are connected to disk volume dispenser 23, which is connected by channel for supply of solid product of gasification with unit of tight connection of container 24, supplied via transport system 10. Disc volumetric batcher 23 is connected to valve of discrete air supply 25, which is connected to air receiver 26.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality of gas obtained during gasification, production of flue ash - high-quality raw material for production of construction binder, and production of biochar of high quality as fertilizer.
