SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering and heat engineering. Gasifier for processing solid low-grade carbon-containing raw material, comprising a vertical lined housing, tangential nozzles for supplying a fuel-oxygen mixture and material, a fluidised bed reactor installed above the fixed bed reactor, wherein they are combined into a single lined housing, which is made from bottom to top with increasing diameter, fixed bed reactor upper part and fluidized bed reactor lower part is made in form of separating cone-shaped partition, outside in lower part of reactor with fixed bed there is ash gate for ash removal, in the lower side part there is an opening in which a nozzle for supplying secondary gasification components is installed, which is connected to a rotating grid fixed at the bottom of the reactor, in the upper part of the reactor in the centre there is an outlet branch pipe in the form of a pipe of round section, wherein the outlet branch pipe is connected to the inlet of the hot gases heat exchanger, the outlet of which is connected through the branch pipe to the inlet of the hot gas filter, the first outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the smoke exhauster, and the second one is connected to the inlet of the dispenser, the outlet of which is rigidly connected to the material supply nozzle through the return dust supply branch pipe.

EFFECT: high conversion of carbon-containing components consisting of dusty and gasifying substances.
