Abstract RU 2692746 C1

FIELD: satisfaction of vital human requirements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of light industry, in particular, to hosiery knitted products, for example, as socks made on machine equipment. Disclosed group of inventions includes hosiery knitted article and method of its production. At that, the hosiery knitted article production method consists in the fact that the hosiery knit article is being pulled out on the automatic machine, then its inner surface of the sole is coated with a thin layer of liquid PVC plastisol, on which a thin layer of abrasive coating is applied, and the hosiery knitting article for coating application is turned inside out, placed on a shape similar to the shape of the foot, and corresponding to the size of the nose, is immersed into a container with liquid plastisol PVC at depth of 1 cm from the side of heel and 0.5 cm from the side of the nose, removed from the container and then under sufficient force lowered into a container with an abrasive powder for the powder in the maximum volume to penetrate and adhere to PVC layer applied on toe layer, then on the conveyor rotation of the hosiery knitted article, placed on said mold, is performed under infrared lamps for 20–30 s for uniform distribution and drying of PVC layer with applied layer of abrasive coating, after which hosiery knitted article along conveyor line is directed into drying chamber, where it is held at temperature of 190 °C for 7–12 s, and then sent into refrigerator chamber, where PVC on socks cools and hardens together with applied on it abrasive coating.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing effective exposure on reflex zones and acupuncture points on feet and deep massage, by effectiveness close to effect of natural effect when walking on foot, as well as in cleaning / peeling ability with high effectiveness, since it is possible to close and close the natural soles during the whole process of wearing, without causing undesirable side effects.
