SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Orthopedic article is made in the form of an orthosock consisting of a "base", which includes a toe portion, a calcaneal part, a calf and an orthopedic sole, which is made in the form of a foot corrector and consists of layers: an outer layer in contact with a floor surface, a filler, a fixing layer serving as a liner and facilitating attachment of the filler in the sole, and inner layer, which closes fixing layer and touches foot, which serves as insole. Orthopedic sole is attached to the "base" of the orthosock, the latter is made, for example, of a textile material. Cuff with a fixation around the shin is located in the upper part of the calf. Filler is fixed and fixed between fixed outer layer and fixing layer, made of rubber, silicone in the form of elastic round elements of different diameter from 6 to 15 mm and with hardness of 8 to 40 Shore units, which are selected individually depending on the size of orthosock and weight of the child. All the elements in contact with the child's foot are made of cotton material that ensures hypoallergenicity of the product and wear comfort.
EFFECT: invention provides higher effectiveness of integrated foot exposure for prevention and treatment of various types of platypodia in children and adolescents.
