FIELD: military equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons and military equipment, in particular, to firing of a combat vehicle (CV) along the target. Problem is solved by method of increasing firing accuracy of artillery weapons of combat vehicle (CV) on the target, including selection of a certain type of weapon and type of shot, which is part of the weapon system, using the weapon system control system CV, determination by on-board processor of firing settings control system from mathematical expressions, wherein input parameters are data received from gunner sight (GS) or commander sight (CS), control element respectively GS or CS in "manual" tracking mode of target or automatic tracking device in automatic tracking mode of target, weapon stabilizer, as well as from sensors of external medium, which are part of control system, constant deviation taking into account angular corrections of barrels of the weapon relative to the line of sight during firing on the target. Implementing these methods the weapon system fire control system CV, which comprises first and second adders, gunner sight (GS) or commander sight (CS) indicator, control element respectively GS or CS in "manual" tracking mode of target or automatic tracking in automatic tracking mode of target, control unit, onboard computer, tracking drive and indicator GS or CS, horizontal or vertical guidance drive of weapon stabilizer, feedback sensor, sensors of navigation system and ambient sensors. System is additionally equipped with a device for correcting the initial firing rate.

EFFECT: task of the proposed method and implementing its system is to increase accuracy and, accordingly, efficiency of firing weapons CV.
