FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, to low-pressure gas collection, preparation and transportation systems. Technical result is achieved by solving tasks of maintaining constant suction pressure, distribution of gas flows between equipment of modular compressor unit with partial reduction of pressure of compressed gas on throttles and its supply to ensure uninterrupted reliable operation of compressor plant in order to ensure optimum process of gas preparation, cooling of electric motor.
EFFECT: implementation of the declared method using the described modular compressor unit enables to achieve technical results, such as significant reduction of the cost of operating costs, high level of safety, high mobility, improved operational characteristics owing to use of the modular principle of the plant.
