FIELD: compressor engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of compressor engineering and is intended for use in the gas industry for compressing natural gas at automobile gas fueling stations (CNG fueling station), both during the reconstruction of operating gas pumping units of CNG fueling stations, and in the production of new gas pumping units. The invention contains a base with integrated inlet and outlet coolant collectors, a piston four-stage five-cylinder compressor, a liquid cooling system for the working gas, including the first, second, third and fourth liquid heat exchangers installed due to the heating of the working gas after each stage of compression, a lubrication system for the crank mechanism, including an oil filter connected to an oil heat exchanger, an oil tank for adding oil to the bed, axial piston oil pump, instrumentation, including a temperature sensor in front of the heat exchanger, and behind it, respectively, a pressure sensor, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, while temperature and pressure sensors are installed in front of the coolant inlet manifold, a temperature sensor is installed after the coolant outlet manifold, the first electric motor is connected to the compressor, the second electric motor is connected to an axial piston oil pump, the third is connected to a coolant pump connected to a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor, and a vibration sensor is connected to the compressor, with each heat exchanger being liquid, and the drive being electric or gas piston.
EFFECT: invention improves the manufacturability and maintainability of the compressor unit by simplifying the design and, accordingly, technological operations, reducing their number, reducing the weight and size indicators, and, as a consequence, reducing the time and financial costs for manufacturing the compressor unit elements.
