FIELD: cooling and fractional distillation of gases.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in oil and gas fields for preparation of hydrocarbon gas, including separation of raw hydrocarbon gas into liquid gas condensate and dry gas. The hydrocarbon gas treatment plant includes a technologically connected expander-compressor unit (ECU), which contains a compressor part and an expander part, and a cooling and fractionation unit. The compressor part of the ECU contains an inlet for the original hydrocarbon gas and an outlet for compressed hydrocarbon gas, which is connected to the hydrocarbon gas inlet of the cooling and fractionation unit. The expander part of the ECU contains an inlet of dry stripped gas, which is connected to the outlet of dry stripped gas (DSG) of the cooling and fractionation unit, and an outlet for removing DSG from the unit, a cooling and fractionation unit. The unit includes a technologically connected device for cooling a hydrocarbon gas stream and a device for dividing a hydrocarbon gas stream into a DSG stream and a condensate stream.
EFFECT: increase in energy efficiency, increase in the degree of condensation of the target components from the gas, and a decrease in weight and size characteristics.
