FIELD: defectoscopy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for monitoring technical condition of main oil pipelines, oil product pipelines by nondestructive methods by passing inside inspected pipeline of in-pipe ultrasonic flaw detector. Sensor carrier has a housing, on the front end of which there is at least one polyurethane cuff, behind which there is a polyurethane cone and a polyurethane disc installed on the rear end of the housing. On the cone and disk uniformly circumferential there are attached interconnected spiral scales with ultrasonic sensors installed on them. Neighboring skeins are interconnected by plate springs. Each slide consists of a flexible polyurethane substrate, on which straps are installed, having thickness, providing the required distance from ultrasonic sensors to the pipeline inner surface. At that, along the substrate centre there is a longitudinal through slot.

EFFECT: upgraded quality of diagnostics of pipeline in places with features of pipeline geometry due to maintenance of required indentation and angular position of ultrasonic sensors relative to surface of defects of pipe of dent type.
