FIELD: defectoscopy.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to in-pipe diagnostics of technical condition of pipelines of large length. Sensor carrier has a housing, on the front and rear ends of which there are cups, between which there is a cone and a disc. Between cone and disc there are skids arranged regularly in circumferential direction on cone and disc, between slides there are plate springs, wherein each of the skids has a base, which comprises a substrate, front, tail and side straps, on the base there are fixed platforms with movable units of ultrasonic sensors spring-loaded relative to the platforms in radial direction from the longitudinal axis of the sensor carrier.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of diagnostics by pipeline inspection instruments of pipeline in part of detection of pipe wall anomalies due to ensuring observance of necessary indentation and angular position of ultrasonic sensors relative to surface of pipeline.
