FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumps with "wet" rotor with controlled rotation frequency, used, in particular, as circulating pumps in house heating systems. Disclosed is a pump assembly comprising a pump unit with a pump housing comprising impeller (12) having an axis of rotation, a drive motor for driving impeller (12) and a control unit for controlling the drive motor. Engine has stator arranged in stator housing (13) extending from pump housing (11) along rotor axis to housing (15) of electronics. Control unit comprises main module arranged in electronics housing (15), first detachable replaceable module (23) and second detachable replaceable module. Main module is fixed on drive motor and is configured to control electric motor. First replaceable module (23) and the second replaceable module are arranged with the possibility of selective installation in the first position for communication with the main module through at least one wireless communication channel. First position is defined by the first slot extending substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation on upper surface (19) of electronics housing (15).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of a pump assembly having a compact structure and having flexibility for adding or updating functionality related to control, communication, diagnostics and/or display.
