FIELD: pumps.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates, in particular, to speed-controlled circulating pumps with wet rotors used in heating systems of apartment houses. Pump assembly comprises pump unit, drive motor (203) for drive of pump unit and control unit (201) for control of electric motor (203). Unit (201) comprises frequency converter (209), voltage converter (207) and controller (211). Configuration of converter (207) provides supply of input voltage to converter (209). Input voltage is adjustable within voltage range between minimum and maximum input voltages. Configuration of controller (211) provides determination of actual consumed power of at least one motor (203), converter (209) and converter (207) during operation of pump unit. Configuration of controller (211) provides adjustment of input voltage depending on determined actual consumed power during operation of pump unit.
EFFECT: inventions provide additional reduction of power consumption due to minimization of losses at switching in the frequency converter and during conversion in the voltage converter, as well as reduction of power loss in the electric motor.
