FIELD: cattle breeding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to beekeeping, namely to control of honey quantity on individual and collective apiaries. Proposed device comprises housing with double wall made from plywood, tray and honeycomb frames. Apparatus also includes an apiary controller and a bee hive microcontroller, strain gauges connected to the beehive microcontroller, and a wireless channel for transmitting data from the beehive microcontroller to the apiary controller. Strain gauges are installed in pairs in a tray for honeycomb frames and are equipped with rods made of sensitive material to weight loads, which are located in the wall of the beehive. At the same time one end of the rod is connected to strain-gage sensor, and the other one is located in place of frame support on wall of beehive.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of measuring mass of cellular frames of beehive.
