SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road traffic organization. Combined road information-warning device provides for generation of prohibiting and permissive light signals of pedestrian traffic light. Formation of a light flux controlled by a scattering angle, directed to a pedestrian crossing zone and providing illumination of pedestrian marking along the entire width of the carriageway, as well as light flux directed to waiting area of pedestrians, which provides illumination of part of sidewalk adjacent to pedestrian crossing located directly under information-warning device.
EFFECT: higher information value of road information-warning device.
