SUBSTANCE: invention relates to local precautionary-announcing information systems for pedestrians when they cross the road. The traffic-light has a case with the general protective visor, the transparent protective glass fixed on the case, an element of fastening of the case to an installation site, the electronic information block fixed inside the case. The said block contains multidigit digital indicators of the reverse account of time, indexes of repeated switching on of multidigit digital indicators, the luminous sources of the red and green colour of glow, forming the digital indicators of the reverse account of time and indexes of repeated switching on of the digital indicators. The latter include elements of automatic adjustment for the signals going from the road traffic light controller, the elements of the coordination of time of the reverse account of the indicator of red luminous colour with the index of repeated inclusion of red luminous colour, elements of the coordination of time of the reverse account of the indicator of green luminous colour with the index of repeated inclusion of green luminous colour, elements of automatic adjustment of brightness of a luminous light source depending on time of day and weather conditions, system of manual management of a traffic light.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify the construction and increase the informativeness of the light signal to the pedestrian.
