FIELD: traffic control systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a light-emitting diode traffic light with open light-emitting diodes and a method of its manufacturing. Traffic light includes a dust-and-moisture-proof housing, a terminal block, a board with light-emitting diodes, a support plate, a sealing plate with holes for light-emitting diodes, a front panel made of matte black plastic. Housing is made of composite material and represents a single flat structure. Terminal block is located inside for connection of supply cables. Board with LEDs is tightly connected to the support plate. Support plate has holes for contact leads of light-emitting diodes. LED housing is located completely above the support plate. Sealing plate is made of resilient elastic material, which provides tight fit to LED housings and tightness of traffic light. Front panel is made so that the LED reflectors rise above the surface of the front panel.
EFFECT: improving traffic safety by improving the quality of traffic light signals.
