FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to linearization devices and can be used in power amplifiers of onboard and ground equipment. Input high-frequency signal is supplied to input of adder-splitter 1 the first output of which is connected to input of attenuator 3, output of attenuator 3 is connected to input of phase shifter 4, output of which is connected to first input of adder-splitter 2. Second output of adder-splitter 1 is connected to first port 8.1 of hybrid ring 8, second port 8.2 of hybrid ring 8 is connected to input of low-pass filter 5, third port 8.3 of hybrid ring 8 is connected to input of non-linear unit 7, fourth port 8.4 of hybrid ring 8 is connected to second input of adder-splitter 2, wherein output of adder-splitter 2 is connected to input of linear amplifier 6. High-frequency signal from the output of linear amplifier 6 is transmitted to the input of the power amplifier, compensating for non-linear distortions of the power amplifier.
EFFECT: high linearity of the power amplifier, which improves the quality of transmitting information in the operating frequency band and compliance with stringent electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements beyond its limits.
