SUBSTANCE: phase-shifting unit consists of power divider, phase-shifting device, controllable attenuators, power combiner, transmitting optoelectronic module controlled by driver, fibre-optic circuits, four fibre-optic delay circuits, four DA converters and receiving optoelectronic module, microcontroller. Note that the control of microwave signals phase shift is provided in optical band by fibre-optic delay circuits and program controllable attenuators of optical signals.

EFFECT: increase of speed and band of phase adjustment, structure simplification, extension of operating frequencies band, extension of operating temperatures range during operation, provision of possibility of microwave signals space distribution at larger area and programming of phase difference values between these signals.
