Drill bit with rotating conical cutters comprises a number of legs, a bearing shaft extending from each leg, a row of rotating cone rolling cutters, each of which is rotatably connected to a corresponding bearing shaft; at least one rotating cone roller cutter of a series of rotating conical cutters, which generally forms a conical surface and comprising a central crown of the drill bit, extending from the whole conical surface, internal rim of the drill bit equipment, passing from the conic surface as a whole, and the peripheral rim of the bit equipment, passing from the whole conical surface. Central rim and inner rim of the drill bit equipment contain milled teeth. Peripheral rim of the drill bit equipment comprises both insert chisels and milled teeth. Each plug-in chisel comprises a cutting part located above a corresponding conic surface in general, and a part of the base located under a generally conical surface.
