FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to biological methods for control of spider mites in fruit plantations. Method includes settlement of predatory mites Amblyseius andersoni on fruit plantations in amount of 30,000 individuals per 1 ha in stage of "blooming" phenophase. In the stage of phenophase "growth of fruits", the predation mites Amblyseius californicus are settled in amount of 46,875 individuals per 1 hectare without taking into account weather-climatic conditions. Predator-prey ratio can be: 1:10, 1:15, 1:20.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce population density of red and haws mites and to preserve dynamic equilibrium of biocenosis.
