SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rubber composition and a tire. Rubber composition contains a diene rubber-based component, pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. rubber: foaming agent 0.1–20.0, forming carbon dioxide; fatty acid metal salt and urea in amount of 0.1–2.0, and weight ratio of metal salt of fatty acid and urea is 1:0.5–1:3.9.
EFFECT: invention provides a balance between vulcanization rate and foaming rate, which improves the tire braking characteristics on ice.
