FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: rubber composition contains a rubber component which contains polybutadiene rubber containing 92% or more cis-1,4-bonds and 1.5% or less vinyl bonds and natural rubber and/or at least another diene synthetic rubber. The composition contains 10-70 pts.wt carbon black with nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 20-100 m2/g per 100 pts.wt of the rubber component. The composition does not contain a softener with aniline point of 50°C or lower, but contains a softener selected from a group consisting of process oils with kinematic viscosity (40 C) 15-35 mm/s and aniline point 60-120 C, C5 petroleum resins and C9 petroleum resins. The tyre is made from the rubber composition for its sidewalls.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain excellent resistance to cutting and sufficient processability.
