SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. In the present invention, pairing of an interlayer carrier with a time division duplex (TDD) carrier is provided. If the paired frequency band is a frequency division duplex (FDD) frequency band, the base stations and mobile devices can transmit and receive additional fine control channels on the FDD carriers in order to provide full duplex modes. If the paired frequency band is a TDD frequency band, the conjugate or reverse carrier can be used such that a full duplex mode or close approximation to it is achieved. Rapid uplink / downlink switching for TDD carriers can be achieved efficiently and efficiently by adding a paired channel and fast control channels.
