FIELD: industrial electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. In particular, it can be used in units of computer equipment, built on logic elements. Disclosed is a triggering logic element NOR on field transistors, which comprises four field transistors, five resistors and a source of direct-current supply voltage. Novelty is that it includes five resistors and an additional field transistor, as well as switching on elements.
EFFECT: technical result is increased loading capacity of triggering logic element NOR on field transistors.
