FIELD: industrial electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. In particular, it can be used in units of computer equipment, built on logic elements. For this purpose, a trigger logic element NAND is proposed on field transistors, which contains four field transistors, five resistors and source of supplying constant voltage. Novelty is that it includes five resistors and an additional field transistor, as well as switching on elements.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in loadability of triggering logic element NAND in field transistors in general case.
