FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disinfection and sterilization of endoscopes. Disinfecting/sterilising machine for disinfecting/sterilising endoscopes comprises a frame; a casing covering the frame; frame and casing being conformed with respect to one another such as to define a tunnel having a first opening and a second opening; upper wall is at least partially superiorly delimits the tunnel; first lateral wall and second lateral wall are positioned at the openings such as to obstruct the tunnel. Machine also includes a bath dimensioned such as to receive at least an endoscope to disinfect/sterilise and which is dimensioned such as to transit along the tunnel; bath support fixed to the bath; guide means for guiding the bath with the support along the tunnel between: first endrun in which the bath projects through the first opening of the tunnel such as to be accessible for inserting or extracting the at least an endoscope; and second endrun in which the bath projects through the second opening of the tunnel such as to be accessible for inserting or extracting the at least an endoscope; upper wall forms, with the bath, a closed chamber, provided with cleaning means such as to disinfect/sterilise the at least an endoscope when the bath is internal of the tunnel. Wherein the first lateral wall at the first opening is couplable alternatively: with the frame, such as to be solidly constrained to the frame and obstruct the tunnel; or with the support such as to be solidly constrained thereto and enable the bath with the support to reach the endrun; second lateral wall at the second opening is couplable alternatively: with the frame, such as to be solidly constrained to the frame and obstruct the tunnel; or with the support such as to be solidly constrained thereto and enable the bath with the support to reach the endrun.

EFFECT: invention provides a simplified design with reduced dimensions.
