FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: equipment for flushing and disinfection of endoscopes contains a bath with a confluent branch pipe established on the cart with a tubular skeleton, a cover and the manual double-thread piston pump for giving of a washing and disinfectant solution to which target unions connecting hoses for bond with endoscope channels are connected. On a lateral wall of the bath it is executed having flowed - a prominence for passage of connecting hoses, the bottom of the bath is executed cone-shaped with radial ribs and a longitudinal prominence in an average part in which are separately established a confluent branch pipe with locking armature and the union bridged to the entrance union of the pump which is fixed upright on the arm attached to the skeleton of the cart. The pump contains a case, established in the case a rod with the handle; a piston placed on a rod executed step with a ring groove in an average part on which it is free with a backlash on an internal lateral surface the cuff is placed. The entrance union of the pump is established in bottom - under-piston cavity of the case which is supplied by the return valve, and outlet unions are located in the bottom - over-piston case cavity, the piston is executed with the central through channel, and the rod is executed hollow with a throttle aperture in the bottom part over the piston.

EFFECT: can be used for increase of the efficiency of disinfectant processing of flexible endoscopes.
