FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Vortex burner assembly includes: a hollow longitudinally elongated body extending along a central axis and having a first end and a second end, an end wall at a first end, a burner wall located between the first end and the second end and forming a first volume from the first end to the burner wall and a second volume from the burner wall to second end, oxidant inlet into the first volume, at least one hollow longitudinally elongated burner unit having the burner unit first end extending outside the hole in the end wall from the first volume, wherein the burner unit passes through the hole in the burner wall from the first volume to the second volume to the second end of the burner unit and forms the inner volume of the burner unit, and includes: vortex mixer with axial swirling arranged inside the burner unit and located between the first end of the burner unit and the second end of the burner unit, wherein the vortex mixer includes a plurality of blades having an inner diameter and an outer diameter, first side directed and open to first volume and second side directed and open to second volume, first fuel inlet into first volume, wherein first fuel inlet is radially inside outer diameter of plurality of blades, and second fuel inlet into second volume, proximal to second end of burner unit located radially inside outer diameter of plurality of blades, wherein each at least one burner unit forms first point, which is a point along central axis closest to first end, where plane perpendicular to central axis at said point crosses plurality of blades of vortex mixer of burner unit; forms a second point which is a point along a central axis furthest from the first end, where the plane perpendicular to the central axis at said point crosses the plurality of blades of the vortex mixer of the burner assembly; and forms a geometric mid point along the central axis equidistant from the first point and the second point, wherein each first fuel inlet is located at a point in the axial direction relative to the central axis between the oxidant inlet and the vortex mixer, which intersects with the plane, perpendicular to central axis and intersecting point along central axis between 1 and 2 equivalent diameters of circumferences of flow passage of first fuel inlet from first point, and each second fuel inlet is located in point between first fuel inlet and second end, which intersects with plane perpendicular to central axis and intersecting the point along the central axis, equal to or less than the inner diameter of the plurality of blades from the geometric mid point.
EFFECT: invention reduces amount of carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NOx).
