SUBSTANCE: claimed burner to be used in the furnace combustion chamber or antechamber comprises the gaseous oxidizer feed element, fuel feed element with the section located inside the gas feed element and shifted from the element lengthwise axis, and the flange assembly engaged with the gad and fuel elements. Note here that said flange assembly comprises the gas flange section connected with the gas feed element and including multiple bores extending there through around said gas flange section. The fuel flange section engaged with the fuel feed element comprises the second multiple bores extending there through around said fuel flange section. Note here that said gas and fuel flange sections can displace relative to each other to level said first and second sets of bores for alignment and fixation said sections so that the flame spot can be created at the selected position in the combustion chamber.

EFFECT: optimum flame coverage of the melt surface, decreased emission of NOx.
