SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a food product package (20) comprising food container (1) intended for placing a liquid, paste-like or free-flowing food product. Food container housing (2), made by injection molding in the form of a single part, has wall (5), bottom (6) and outward protruding flange (7) surrounding opening (4), closed with coating film (10) for food container attached to flange. Food container (1) is injection molded in the form of a single layer of a polymer mixture containing two components, the first of which is PVOH or a copolymer of PVOH. Covering film (10) for food container, which can be attached to plastic food container (1) for closing hole (4) by welding, soldering or gluing, contains a layer consisting of cellulose, coated with PVOH, or layer of polymer mixture with PVOH.

EFFECT: higher reliability of package.
