FIELD: test technology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to equipment testing systems. Hardware-software system includes emulation facilities, as well as means for measuring, monitoring and / or diagnosing the state of the test object, as well as a test object. Emulation means are connected to each other by information transmission channels at least one electric and information systems model formation means, at least one apparatus for identifying a pattern of receiving and processing synchronized input/output arrays, at least one test generation means, at least one software emulation means and at least one hardware emulation means configured to provide an electrical and/or information connection with test object, wherein at least one means of measuring, monitoring and/or diagnosing the state of the test object is configured to evaluate and record the state of the test object and is associated with an information transmission channel with at least one emulation means.

EFFECT: provision of sufficient test coating, which guarantees maximum possible completeness of tests.
