SUBSTANCE: writing instrument has a writing pen tube, a capillary unit and a dispensing unit. Capillary unit is installed in the pipe of the writing pen and is connected to the tip. Dispensing unit is installed in the writing handle tube and has a connecting tube, as well as a pressure segment connected to the connecting tube. Pressure segment has at least one connecting arm connected to the connecting tube. Dispensing interval is formed between the connecting tube and the periphery of the pressure segment.

EFFECT: connecting tube contacts with capillary unit to force capillary unit to form different levels of compression density by means of pressure segment and dispensing interval, thereby facilitating ease of ink dispensing in the lower direction through the dispensing interval and providing a more pronounced retention effect in order to additionally avoid leakage of ink.
