FIELD: personal usage items.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to writing devices, in particular knobs-rollers or ball handles. Lower part of the body consists of a tip made of a bullet shell, a support element made from a cartridge sleeve, a bushing of a lower part installed permanently on the support element. Middle part of housing consists of bushing of middle part, inner tube and outer tube. Due to bushing of middle part inner and outer tubes are fixed with formation of air insulating circuit between walls of tubes. Upper part of the body consists of a bushing of the upper part fixing the nuts, through a threaded connection fixed with a plug, a nozzle made of the cartridge case, a screw and a capsule. Due to bushing of upper part inner and outer tubes are fixed with formation of air insulating circuit between walls of tubes.

EFFECT: design allows maintaining constant temperature inside the hollow body of the handle, which in its turn allows excluding temperature drops affecting the ink paste in the rod of ball pens or on the ink supply system in the roller rod.
