FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a staple cartridge assembly and a medical stapler apparatus using a staple cartridge assembly. Unit staple cartridge comprises a cartridge for staples, a first branch and a second branch, a starting unit, a cutting tool and a driving mechanism. Staple cartridge connector comprises a housing and a pushing rod of the cutting tool disposed in the housing. First branch and second branch are located at the distal end of the staple cartridge connector and can open / close. Starting unit is movably located in the first branch or the second branch. Cutting tool is located at the distal end of the pushing rod of the cutting tool and can push the starting unit for displacement under action of the pusher rod of the cutting tool. First branch is provided with a limiting portion at the proximal end. Cutting tool is equipped with fastening part. When the start-up unit is located on the proximal end of the staple cartridge assembly, the pusher pin of the cutting tool drives the cutting tool and the start-up unit into movement towards the distal end of the staple cartridge assembly. When the launching unit is located at the distal end of the staple cartridge assembly, the driving mechanism drives the cutting tool and the first branch in motion relative to each other. Limiting part and the fastening part rest against each other to limit continuation of the cutting tool movement towards the distal end of the staple cartridge assembly. Medical suturing apparatus comprises the above staple cartridge assembly.

EFFECT: invention is characterized by that can be effectively prevented a situation in which the doctor closes the stapling apparatus without replacing the released staple cartridge assembly, thereby avoiding medical accidents or injuries of normal tissues.
