SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data management systems. Data management system includes a computer processor for processing data and a memory connected to the processor, in which data are presented including machine-readable information values, which are instances derived from declarative meta description entities, including formalized machine-readable declarations describing conceptual entities, as well as characteristics of these entities, which are called entity attributes. Declaration of cause-effect relationship of said information values is subject to meta-description, and takes form of abstract unified connector of said attributes, and wherein said dependency declaration is implemented such that each attribute-related attribute obtains a unique identifiable instance derived from a unified data structure, referred to as a socket, and each socket instance stores a complete set of address, functional and event characteristics of said abstract connector relative to an attribute of an entity to which it belongs.

EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in provision of implementation of dependence of information values, based on declarative connection of these values.
