SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of generating operational information based on a formalized conceptual model of a domain. Method comprises describing an information system in form of a frame knowledge model, generating conceptual and graphical representations of display objects, combining conceptual and graphical representations in the form of patterns, determining a plurality of commands and query conditions on a natural-like language, forming a predicate query model in form of a command, condition tuple, activation of a user input subsystem, input of a request, reception and conversion of a query into text by a user input subsystem, transmission of text to a dialogue module, transmitting, by a dialogue module, a linguistically analysed request to a predicate query model module, determining a query structure in accordance with a predicate model, transmitting a specific query structure to a dialogue module, generating a response to the request by the dialogue module, transmitting a response to the user.

EFFECT: technical result is shorter time for generating operational information by excluding the possibility of incorrect interpretation of a user request in a natural-like language.
