FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by formalising the subject area as a production-frame model, allowing to reflect both procedural and declarative knowledge; forming a dialogue script reflecting the order and sufficiency of the data to solve the control problem and performing the procedure of analysing the request of the operator, allowing to form an adaptive script of the dialogue between the operator and the automated work station (AWS) of the automation tool complex (ATC) in a natural-like language, wherein requests from the AWS of the ATC are formed during said dialogue, intended to either enter the missing data for solving the control problem or to update said data.
EFFECT: increased operational efficiency of control due to reduced time for solving automated control problems.
